and planning, strategic land development and finance, the group has over a century
of industry experience between them.
The group has provided consultancy services, developed and delivered in excess of 30 projects
from extensive residential estates and commercial properties in Australia to a health retreat in Bali.
The high level of repeat clientele is testament to the company’s service oriented
approach to wealth creation.

The initiative behind the program is to develop young, motivated individuals to become responsible Property Developers, by providing knowledge, strategy, and guidance through action in an experienced and supportive environment. This grass roots program, an initiative of ZingD is currently sponsoring five individuals with backgrounds in Architecture, Property Management, Marketing and Engineering.
It is our belief that well planned developments with support from a large investment base, will deliver better returns to more people. Our Associate Developer’s program reflects this philosophy. They are exposed to financial and real estate analyses and assessment techniques in active projects from conception to completion in order to develop sound business acumen to better enable them to understand development strategies and to recognize opportunities.
ZingD is proud to be conducting this program to guide and enhance the significant knowledge base of these enthusiastic developers and help them to realise not only the potential values within property, but the value that they can provide for themselves and others.
